We will pick you up from your hotel or Riad in Fes to start our grand 9 days tour of Morocco from Fes to Sahara desert trip; with a full day Fes imperial city sightseeing, where will discover this beautiful city. Fez is the fourth imperial city and the oldest one in Morocco, where we will visit The Medina, Bou Inania Medersa, the Karaouine Mosque, and the souks, it will be a great moment to take memorable photos while enjoying these places, you can also visit The Moroccan Art Museum and Fez El Jdid in the afternoon. Overnight in Fes.
We will depart at 8 am while visiting the Barbary apes in the cedar forest of Azrou, having lunch at the Apple capital of Midelt, passing by Tizi-N-Talremt pass, the Ziz Valley (famous for the length of the Oasis and palm trees), and numerous Ksars which are small villages of individual houses. We will continue to Errachidia, Erfoud (famous for fossils and The Date Festival), until Erg Chebbi Dunes where you are going to be welcomed by a cup of Moroccan mint tea, and an opportunity to climb and see the beauty of the sunset over the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert Dunes.
Today; We will spend another night in Merzouga desert Sahara. After breakfast, we will ride the Camels which are equipped with all the materials needed for lunch, to experiance another amazing moment in the vastness sea sand of Erg Chebbi. After having breakfast like a true nomad. We will camel trekking back to our desert luxury camp. Where you will enjoy a great night under a clear and starry sky. Feeling the silence of the Sahara desert you have never lived.
Try to wake up early enough to see the magnificent view of the sun rising over the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. After having breakfast, you will enjoy camel trekking again back to Merzouga village. Where we will leave the Sahara desert countinue our amazing 7 days tour of Morocco from Fes to Sahara desert trip, towards Tinghir, Todra Gorges for lunch, Tinjdad, Todra Valley where you will see and have a walk over the river, the gardens and the sides of the Gorges, Dades Valley, and The Dades Gorges where we will spend overnight in Hotel or Riad in Boumalne dades valley.
After you finish breakfast; we will across Boumalne Dades Valley and Gorges, also known as the road of a 1000 Berber Kasbahs. We will have a stop at Kalaa Mgouna; famous with its annual festival of roses in May. Continuing on to Ouarzazate, “the to the Sahara”. It was a preffered place for many world class film producers. Where we will get the chance to see the famous Kasbah Taourirt. Afterwards we will head to visit Ait BenHaddou Kasbah one of the beset UNESCO sites. Also it is one of the most beautiful Kasbahs on the South East of Morocco. Before continuing our journey to travel to Marrakech via the tizi n’tichka pass; we will stop to visit the town of Telouet and its ancient 17th century Kasbah then we will continue exploring the tIzi n’tichka pass while enjoying its panoramic view of Berber villages beside the mountains. Overnight in a hetl or Riad in Marrakech imperial city.
We will spend another night at Marrakesh, whereas in the rest of the day we will visit the most interesting and famous places of the red city. Marrakesh is most famous for Jemaa El Fna, a square where you can enjoy yourself in, and where there are fresh juices and dried fruits, storytellers, Women applying henna, the myriad of nightly food stalls, snake charmers, and more. You will also visit other places, like El Bahia (beautiful) Palace, Ben Youssef Medersa which accept around 80 Quranic students per year, The Majorelle Gardens most known for the special shade of blue and which belonged to Yves St Laurant, The Saadian Tombs, and The Koutoubia Mosque.
